Business Blogging Tip Number 9: Include Contact Information
(Tip: Include your company contact information on your business blog.
It’s surprising how many business blogs there are that have no way to contact the company. Even if the customer is interested in your product or service, there is no way that they can get more information.
As a minimum, your business blog should include a working e-mail address where customers can contact you. Ideally, you should also include a contact name, phone number, fax number, and address.
Why it’s important: Your prospective customers need a way to contact you.
Remember, your readers are your customers and prospective customers.
At some point, a prospective customer may want to actually become your customer. Make it easy for them.
