It’s Not Too Late for Goal-setting for ‘07 and Here Are Some Tips
This is a follow-up to my post a few days ago about goal setting and accommodating change, which was my contribution to a group posting theme day for the b5media network’s business channel.
Basically, it’s not too late to set some goals. And there are some resources available to help the process.
Setting goals on or about New Year’s Day is probably a Good Thing. Start the new year with a bang sort of thing (provided one is not too fragile after seeing the year in the night before). But am I the only one who has felt at times that there was a kind of implication that if you neglected to do your goal-setting on or about Jan 1 you were sort of doomed to wait another year?
Not so, of course. You can set goals on December 1 if that floats your boat. But for those who like the calendar new year timing for setting goals, why not just choose to do that, say, before the end of January?

Good, practical stuff, different points of view and tips, with a suitable dash of aiming for the stars.
